DotPay internet payment regulations

I. Online Booking Process

Reservation through the reservation system takes place as follows:

1. The customer has the option to choose the offered Packages and standard accommodation, which are presented in the booking panel.
2. After reviewing the content and price of the Package, the Customer may choose the date of the selected room and additional options or a stay package.
3. After selecting the Offer, the Customer proceeds to the next step – the form in which he fills in his personal data and his comments regarding the reservation.
4. After completing the data, the Customer may make an advance payment through one of the selected methods:

* by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
* Payments by electronic bank transfer (mTransfer, Płacę z Inteligo, MultiTransfer, Przelew24)

via the Dotpay Settlement Center. *)

5. When selecting one of the two options, the Customer is redirected to a page that allows the payment of the Advance Payment through the Dotpay Payment System. Data is authorized by connecting to the Dotpay system using an encrypted 128-bit protocol. After the payment is accepted by the Dotpay System, the Customer is automatically notified by e-mail about the payment confirmation and the reservation has been made – the e-mail will contain: customer details, the name of the Apartments, offer description, the total price of the stay, the down payment and the amount to be paid at the hotel. The remaining amount for the purchased stay, the Customer pays in the Apartments. As the basis for the payment of the deposit and the settlement of the remaining amount, the confirmation e-mail should be presented at the reception desk.

II. Fees and Cancellation of the Reservation

1. The customer pays the calculated down payment in one of the two ways available in the system, and pays the remaining part upon arrival at the Apartments.
2. The customer does not bear any costs resulting from the execution of the Booking transaction.
3. In the event of a booking cancellation, the down payment is not refunded

III. Complaints

1. Customers have the right to submit complaints in matters relating to the Services.
2. If, during the service, the Customer finds defective performance of the contract (i.e. inconsistent with the booking conditions and the description of the service / product posted on the Apartments website), he should immediately notify the service contractor (directly at the reception desk of the Guest House, by e-mail at biuro @ sloneczny-stok .net or by phone at tel. +48 797 405 415)
3. The apartments reserve a 14-day period for considering the complaint submitted by the customer. Within this period, the Hotel will inform the Customer about the result of considering the complaint.

IV. Final Arrangements

1. The customer is responsible for the correct completion of the data in the booking form. The apartments are not responsible for incorrect selection of the date of arrival or departure or incorrect filling in the data form by the customer.
2. The Dotpay.pl electronic payment system is responsible for the correct handling of the booking amounts
3. The apartments and the company operating the online booking service are not responsible for the unavailability of the system resulting from no fault of theirs and other independent factors.

V. Personal data

1. When making a Reservation in the Apartment reservation panel, the Customer agrees to enter his personal data in the website’s database. These data will be used to enable the full Booking process and marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the agreement of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data.

2. In accordance with the obligations resulting from the regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), the Customer’s personal data administrator is the Apartments.

3. The recipients of the Customer’s personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions, entities participating in the provision of services – including the HotelSystems.pl reservation system operator: american.pl Tomasz Długopolski, ul. Szrenicka 46, 58-560 Jelenia Góra, NIP: 613-102-96-97.

4. Apartments and data processors undertake to keep confidential all information and personal data obtained in order to provide the Booking Service.

5. The customer has the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, and the right to transfer data.

6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the Reservation Service.

VI. Acceptance of the Regulations
Selecting the option I have read the Regulations means that the Customer understands and agrees to the conditions contained therein. Failure to accept the Regulations will result in the inability to make a Reservation.

Regulations of the Słoneczny Stok facility

Ladies and Gentlemen!

We count on your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are to ensure a peaceful and safe stay in our guesthouse.

1.  Rooms in the guesthouse are rented for days. The hotel day starts at 15.00 and ends at 10.00 a.m.

2.  When renting a room in a guesthouse, the guest determines the time of his stay.
In the absence of such a specification, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.

3.  The payment for the stay is charged on the day of arrival (payment only in cash) in accordance with the date of booking the room set by you. In the event of an earlier departure than the date booked by you, the amount due for the entire stay will not change.

4.  The guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which the fee has been paid has not expired.

5. Persons who are not registered in the guesthouse are kindly asked to leave the guesthouse by 20.00.

6. The curfew is valid from 22.00-6.00

7.  The facility may refuse to continue providing services to persons who violate the order and the rules of the regulations while staying on the premises, and may request immediate departure from the guesthouse without reimbursement of the fee paid for the stay.

8.  The guesthouse is not responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables and other valuables or items of scientific or artistic value, if these items are not deposited at the reception desk.

9. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault. Each parent (guardian) is responsible for damages caused by children.

10.  The guesthouse is obliged to immediately respond to comments and reservations regarding the level of services, operation of devices, cleanliness and order
in the guesthouse. Please report comments and reservations to the owner of the guesthouse.

11. Due to the fire protection requirements, it is not allowed to use any instruments or apparatus powered by electricity in the guesthouse rooms, e.g. heaters, farels, etc., which are not the equipment of these rooms.

12.  SMOKING is FORBIDDEN in the entire guesthouse. (Pursuant to the Journal of Laws of 1996 No. 10 item 55 – Whoever smokes tobacco products in places subject to the bans specified in Article 5, is subject to a fine of up to PLN 500). The facility is equipped with smoke detectors.

13.  Buffet breakfast is available from 8:00 to 10:00 (special requests are taken into account), half-board for organized groups only by prior arrangement. Please do not take the food out of the canteen.

14.  We do not accept animals in the guesthouse

15.  Please sort your rubbish. Baskets for segregation are located outside the building.

16.   It is forbidden to wear ski boots at the property. Footwear should be stored in a place intended for this – ski room.

17.  It is forbidden to bring skis, bicycles, etc. to the rooms. Store them in a place designated for this purpose.

18.  The room card is also used to open the entrance door to the facility. Please close the front door to the building during the curfew.

19. The moment you receive the card, you become the host of the room. The room can be cleaned upon request.

20.  After the expiry of the stay, the customer is obliged to leave the card at the reception. We charge a fee of PLN 20 for a lost card.

21.  Upon check-in, we charge a deposit for a pliot from the gate (card + remote control) in the amount of PLN 50.
